By accessing or using Dayli, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Dayli provides tools for organizing tasks, priorities and routines. Features may change as the product develops.

Dayli offers a free plan and a paid plan, Dayli Plus, at $4.99 per month. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

Paid subscriptions are not active yet. Billing details, including the payment provider used, will be described here once payments are enabled.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

• Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use Dayli to store or distribute unlawful content.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without permission.

You keep ownership of the content you create in Dayli. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you as part of the service.

The Dayli name, software and design elements remain the property of Dayli or its licensors.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dayli will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a way that harms the service or other users.
